Frequently Asked Questions
I received "Error 903: Loss of service" while downloading.
This error indicates that the connection between and the server was interrupted during the download. If this error is received, ensure that the device is in a good data coverage area and download the application again.
I received "Error 907: Invalid Jar" while
This error is received when one of the modules that were downloaded is invalid. This is usually caused by a network error during the download process. If this error is received, ensure that the device is in a good data coverage area and download the application again.
I received the message "Insufficient space for application".
There is not enough free memory to download and install the applications that were selected. Free up some memory by:
a.Deleting unneeded email
b.Deleting unneeded Calendar/Contact/Task items.
c.Deleting unneeded applications. To delete applications from the handheld see the section "Deleting Applications from the Device" below.
After installation completes the iMapia application does not open when I click on the iMapia icon?
For some device, it must be reset after installation completes.
After installation completes one of the installed dynoplex applications is not available.

How to Delete Applications from my BlackBerry?
If there is not enough free memory on the device to download the iMapia application, it is possible to delete existing applications on the device to reclaim some used memory. Note that only non-system applications can be deleted from the device. To delete applications from the device:
1. Select the "Options" application from the main BlackBerry screen/Setting screen
2. Select the "Applications" option on the Options screen.
3. Scroll to the iMapia application to delete and select "Delete" from the menu.
4. The device will prompt you to restart to complete the deletion process - select "Yes" from the dialog prompt to restart the device and complete the deletion process.
Error message "Address not found" when look up a map.
Please ensure you enter as much information as possible and as precise as possible. Such as using city name of "Etobicoke" instead of Toronto. Enter the street type if possible, such dr, ave, or cr.
Error message "Error not provided" when look up a map.
Please email us the address you searched and the device model. We certainly are interested to know the nature of the error, and will do our best to find out the nature of problem and prevent similiar error re occorrance again.

Jar file OTA download for Telus user is not currently allowed, we suggest to try the PC download.
Bell Mobility users:
iMapia service currently is only available for Treo users.
